- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I phoned the practice yesterday after receiving a message to see a doctor after having some blood tests to make an appointment, and found the receptionist not very sympathetic or warm to deal with. I was told I could not have an appointment under 3 weeks, which concerned me, especially as I'm going through two family bereavements, the most recent my brother who died just 6 weeks ago. I rang again today, the 26th April and was dealt with by the MOST KIND, helpful, understanding receptionist I have spoken to in a long time, her name Pauline. What a lovely, kind person, so understanding of my position and how stressed I feel. Pauline managed to find me an appointment within five days. So impressed with her - she has the most wonderful compassionate nature, and that is the reason I wanted to write this review.
